WE DO NOT KEEP ANY OF YOUR FISH on the Benchmark. The only exception is in the event of a tournament win/placing or fish sale, the boat then retains 50%.
All Tuna caught aboard is to be cut up at the dock and taken home by the customer.
Tournament entry and travel fees are to be paid by charter and vary depending on the tournament/event.
Tournament entry fees are refundable if the tournament organizers permit them. Benchmark Sportfishing charters, LLC. will not retain entry fees that are returned but are not responsible for fees not returned for any given tournament or event.
Contents of customer coolers will be transferred to one of the boat’s coolers upon boarding the Benchmark, no coolers will be allowed in the cabin or cockpit for extra comfort.
The Benchmarks fishing captain reserves the right to cancel any fishing trip due to inclement weather, or electrical, mechanical failure. Deposits are non-refundable, the trip must be rescheduled. Deposit not used during a calendar year will be carried over to the next season. we require 1 month’s notice on cancellations or a deposit will be charged.
